Easter is one of my busiest times of year at church which means I don't tend to have a lot of time to cook/bake. So post Easter, I had in my head to make an Easter Egg cupcake.
Today was that day!
The surprise inside is a yummy Ferrer Roche treat
On top I made a beautiful buttercream icing that supports a chocolate Easter Egg nest.
It's a relatively easy treat that we decided to share with our neighbours across the street to say Happy Easter!
